Returns & Refunds Policy

At Scent Molecule, we are committed to ensuring that every purchase you make is a step towards a more harmonious and connected experience with our products. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to make it right through a refund, exchange, or replacement. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we approach every concern with care, transparency, and respect.

We stand behind the quality of our essential oils and are confident that you’ll enjoy them. However, we understand that personal preferences vary. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Money-Back Guarantee.

To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original condition, with at least 90% of the contents remaining. Shipping costs are not refundable.

How to Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please reach out to us at community@scentmolecule.com.au. Provide your invoice number and let us know why you wish to return the product. We will assist you and provide instructions for the return process.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

  • The product must have at least 90% of the contents remaining.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or was sent incorrectly. In those cases, we will cover return shipping costs.

  • If a product is sent back to us for any other reason (e.g., non-collection, incorrect address, or customer choice), the full rate of shipping will be charged to resend the order or deducted from any applicable refund.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product is faulty or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Lost Parcels

In the rare event that your parcel is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team. We will initiate an inquiry with Australia Post, which may take up to 4 business days for a response. If the parcel cannot be located, we will arrange a replacement.

International Orders

For international orders, please be aware that duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country are not refundable. We do not cover these charges.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your returned product, we will process the return or exchange within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirming that your return has been completed, and any applicable refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
