Returns & Refunds Policy

At Scent Molecule, we are committed to ensuring that every purchase you make is a step towards a more harmonious and connected experience with our products. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to make it right through a refund, exchange, or replacement. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we approach every concern with care, transparency, and respect.

To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original condition, with at least 75% of the contents remaining. Shipping costs are not refundable.

How to Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please reach out to us at [Customer Support Email]. Provide your invoice number and let us know why you wish to return the product. We will assist you and provide instructions for the return process.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have at least 75% of the contents remaining.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or was sent incorrectly. In those cases, we will cover return shipping costs.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product is faulty or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Unclaimed or Returned Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, we will charge a $10 reshipping fee to send it again.
If the return is due to an incorrect address, we will also charge a $10 reshipping fee.

If you wish to receive a refund for a parcel that was unclaimed or returned due to an incorrect address, a small $8 admin fee will apply.

Lost Parcels

In the rare event that your parcel is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team. We will initiate an inquiry with the courier, which may take up to 4 business days for a response. If the parcel cannot be located, we will arrange a replacement.

International Orders

For international orders, please be aware that duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country are not refundable. We do not cover these charges.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your returned product, we will process the return or exchange within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirming that your return has been completed, and any applicable refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
